Shipping Policy – Omsint Diffuser

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, economic and effective. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items you ordered are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

Shipping time: This refers to the shipping option you choose and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Free Shipping Over $79 – Our standard shipping option is FREE (included in the price of your purchase) for purchases $79 and above. This method offer fast, convenient and reliable shipping. Average time to receive your package is approximately 8 to 11 business days.

Expedited Shipping $18 – This is our speedy expedited courier service. Packages generally arrive in 4-6 business days. During peak holidays packages may be delayed one to two day longer.

Special Lithium-ion Battery Shipping $5.00 – The diffuser are equipped with a lithium-ion battery which requires special handling precautions as it is classified as a hazardous material. When one of these models is added to the cart a flat per unit rate of $5.00 will be added to the cart.

DUTY & TAXES
It is the responsibility of the customers to take the custom duties on international shipment which varies by country

Due to many significant changes world-wide, Many countries’ Customs are now often charging import duties. This means that if we ship your package there is a chance that you will be charged some fee for import taxes.

In the event, you have to pay import duties PLEASE DO NOT reject the package. If the package is refused we will be unable to refund your purchase as we will have to pay additional fees for transporting the package back to us.

Omsint is not responsible for any custom or import fees, nor will we reimburse them.
Omsint is not responsible for the packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.
The customer is liable for any losses arising from providing an incorrect address.
If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Service within 90 days after the order was placed.
